Reggae on the Way Festival is a fully accessible event. Please read through this guide for info on all of our services.

For any emergencies or if you require immediate assistance at the festival site, please locate the closest staff member to assist you.
The Wellness Tent is located just to the left of the main entrance. Please see a map for a specific location. This is the information hub for all accessibility-related services. This is also the location to check in to acquire access wristbands for viewing areas and recharge batteries.
There is a viewing area with chairs at the stage, made available for ADA patrons. ADA patrons are welcome to have one companion with them in the viewing areas. Please note that these areas are on a first-come, first-served basis and patrons must have an ADA viewing wristband to access these areas. Please see the festival map for a specific location and visit the Wellness Tent to acquire a wristband.
All ATM machines are accessible and are located throughout the venue. Please see the map for specific locations.
All concession stands and areas are accessible to patrons with disabilities.
There is an EMT with First Aid located within the Wellness Tent. Please find any security, medical or staff member if you need medical assistance. Please see the festival map for the specific location.
There is LIMITED ADA parking available to patrons, and is located at the front of the event parking lot. All vehicles parked there must have valid credentials, such as a placard or license plate.
There are wheelchair accessible restrooms located throughout the venue. Most accessible restrooms will be pad-locked to ensure exclusive use by ADA patrons. Please stop by the Wellness Tent to gain access to these facilities.
Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on the festival grounds. Service animals as covered by law are permitted. Service animals must be trained for a specific function, related to a disability. For more information, or to register your service animal onsite, please visit the Wellness Center.
ATMs will be on site near the merch booths.
Chairs of any kind are not allowed at Reggae On The Way. Blankets are allowed in the designated areas marked on the Festival Map. Availability is limited and first come first serve. If the designated area is full, you will be asked to return your blanket to your vehicle. If you have any questions, please find the nearest festival staff member.
Tickets are available for purchase Tuesday through Sunday at Airport Tavern any time after 4pm.
Tickets will be available at the Box Office located at the festival entrance marked on the map Saturday 9/9/23 and Sunday 9/10/23 12pm-9pm.
Maui Aid on the Way is a 21+ event.
Check the Festival Map for the First Aid location. It's the first tent as you walk in the main entrance. Emergency Medical Services is onsite in this area. If you need medical assistance, ask someone to assist you in finding the tent. If you see someone in need of medical assistance, please alert any of our security staff or working crew. We are family, and family takes care of each other!
Onsite, the Lost & Found can be found at the boxoffice. You can go there to report a missing item and see if we've found your missing item. We work hard to reunite folks with their stuff. If you don't find your item before the festival is over, you can email us at: info@dannopresents.com for help locating your missing item.
Free parking Maui Aid is a block party style event. Its location is in the middle of the street with that being said parking is available all off street and some lots located around the festival. Please pay close attention to signs and surroundings and park responsibly.
We are again providing FREE water refill stations within the venue. You can bring one empty water bottle and fill up to your heart's content! Water stations are shown on the Festival Map.
A note on Cannabis – It is illegal to consume cannabis in view of the public. It's highly likely WSLCB will be on site. Please don't bring it.
Gates open each day at 3pm. Music kicks off at 4pm each day.
